What we collect
We collect information you give us when you request a quote, apply for a product or contact us — such as your name, contact details, ABN, business financials and bank statement data accessed via our consented bank-data partner. We also collect basic device and analytics data when you visit the website.
How we use it
We use your information to match you with suitable lenders, prepare and submit applications on your behalf, communicate offers, and improve our service. We do not sell your data. Lenders only receive what they need to assess your application.
Sharing
We share information with lenders you have agreed we may approach, with bank-data and identity-verification partners, with payment processors, and with regulators if legally required. All of our partners are contractually bound to handle your data per Australian Privacy Principles.
Security
Bank-grade encryption in transit and at rest. Read-only credentials are never stored. Access to systems holding personal information is restricted, role-based and logged.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing privacy@myfy.com.au. Where deletion would conflict with regulatory record-keeping obligations, we will retain only what is required and securely delete the rest.
